Award-winning publisher Refraction Media is looking for a dynamic junior campaign coordinator seeking new opportunities. You’ll work with the Content Lead to manage social media posts and campaigns, digital marketing campaigns and reports, e-newsletters and events for Australia’s leading small publisher for careers in STEM – science, technology, engineering and maths.


We work with some of the most innovative clients in technology, education and science and we’re looking for a go-getter with independent skills, a proven track record and an entrepreneurial spirit.


You’ll have at least one years’ experience in working on social or digital campaigns, be familiar with SEO and basic web and e-newsletters, have an interest in STEM and education, and 2-3 years’ experience in an advertising or publishing business.


Driven by results, you’ll love small teams, have a proven track record in social media, digital media and/or video production, and able to juggle several projects at once. You’ll be a self-starter, professional always and team-focussed.


We’ll provide you with a fabulous close-knit team, amazing workspace in the CBD, superfast wifi and the opportunity to excel across the business.

To be considered you will have:

• At least one year’s experience in equivalent role

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Versatility to work on different projects simultaneously

• Experience in implementing social or digital campaigns to meet the needs of specific targeted audiences

• Great work ethic, willingness to learn and exceptional organisation skills

• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise

• Strong understanding of SEO and writing for web

• Experience with wordpress or CMS, Mailchimp, Photoshop

• Australian residency / Australian permanent working visa



• Passion or qualifications in science, technology, engineering or maths

• Experience working with youth audience
